Step 1 - Explore

While others in the industry might have you rely solely on a “Learning Needs Analysis”, we utilize performance analysis on a more frequent basis, using a variety of methods to understand your people, your culture, and your business. This enables Copilot Strategy to be better positioned to help you develop a results oriented strategy that impacts your organizational health and growth.


Step 2 - Build

Our design process is highly collaborative, human-centric, and iterative.

Whether you require a brand new learning function or strategy, or you have an already functioning learning team that would like to refine its methods, we work with you to ensure the design is rooted in the reality of the end users – your teams, your people.

Step 3 - Execute

The implementation phase involves marketing and advertising for the internal brand of your new or refined Talent Development function.

The perception around your business is what will help drive the launch (or re-launch) of your talent development initiative. It is not enough to simply offer classes and workshops to employees and try to give them a great experience — they need to become consumers of learning, applying what has been learned and sharing their experience by teaching others. A proper implementation of the Talent Development Strategy will result in a strong learning culture across your business.
